We provide a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lovelytrendz.contact@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
